Currently, we are based out of Tri-City Physio in Coquitlam, B.C.
Depending on the type of service, the location of in-person services may be held at local tracks or fields to accomplish specific goals.
The initial session will typically start with a discussion of your specific goals and capabilities. From there, we will assess your mobility and test your strength to build an efficient and personalized program that fits your needs.
Subsequent sessions will consist of editing, reviewing, completing programmed exercises, and learning new exercises under the supervision of a Kinesiologist.
In-person sessions are typically 45 minutes to an hour in length. Session length depends on the availability and gym experience.
Online sessions are 30 minutes in length and will be held over Zoom. We recommend that you have experience exercising independently if you are to book online sessions.
